Responsibilities: 1. Lead or play a core role in large-scale distributed systems/high-concurrency services (e.g., tens of millions of daily requests, complex business systems), responsible for system architecture design, technology selection, and engineering implementation; capable of independently building systems from 0 to 1. 2. Deeply engage in business requirement analysis, translating needs into highly available, high-performance, and scalable backend solutions, and drive efficient team collaboration. 3. Possess in-depth research and hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas—distributed systems, database optimization, microservices, DevOps, or security—and provide professional guidance to the team. 4. Build and maintain the backend engineering ecosystem, including but not limited to microservice architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, and code standards; promote best practices across the organization. 5. Mentor team members through technical sharing and code reviews to elevate overall technical proficiency. 6. Continuously perform system performance tuning, troubleshoot issues, and drive technical innovation to enhance system stability and development efficiency. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; over five years of backend development and architecture experience with concrete large-scale project examples. 2. Proficient in at least one backend language—Rust, Go, TypeScript (Node.js), or Java—with experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed system architectures. 3. Demonstrated expertise and tangible results in at least one of the following domains: distributed systems, database optimization, microservices, DevOps, or security. 4. Familiar with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, messaging queues, and other common technologies; deep understanding of the CAP theorem and distributed system solutions. 5. Skilled in RESTful, gRPC, and other service communication protocols; experienced in API design, documentation, and interface security; solid grasp of containerization and microservices ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh), with hands-on CI/CD and automation experience. 6. Proven operations and maintenance experience, with a track record of leading initiatives. 7. Strong team management, technical mentorship, and cross-departmental communication skills; high sense of responsibility and self-drive. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing large teams or serving as a technical lead, with the ability to guide teams through complex project deliveries. - Background in developing high-concurrency, highly available backend services. - Hands-on experience designing architectures and tuning performance for systems handling millions of QPS. - Participation in or leadership of major open-source projects with active contributions. - Proficiency in collaborative development using Vibe Coding. - Maintenance of a personal technical blog with regular content output.
