1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of Golang development experience.
2. Proficient in Golang language features and concurrent programming models, familiar with common open-source frameworks and middleware.
3. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.); VPN development experience is a plus.
4. Familiarity with the spec-kit tool; proficiency is preferred.
5. Strong awareness of coding standards, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration spirit.
