Description
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes.
- assist the cake decorator to their needs
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production demands.
- Stay updated on baking trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a baking or kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, strong kitchen hygiene practices, and excellent attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake various products, maintain cleanliness, and assist in inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential exposure to heat and noise.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for baking, reliability, teamwork, and a keen sense of creativity.
