Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides superior quality service
• Responsible for the correct execution Production Plan
• Responsible in the complete preparation of dough and batter mixes based on standard procedure.
• Responsible in counting and monitoring stocks (inventory)
• Primarily assigns specific tasks to BAKER ASSISTANTS
• Checks and cleans all display cases/tables & bread racks and replaces near expiry baked products with fresh baked goods.
• Assists/Provides quick sound solutions to Bakery Manager/Specialist in dealing with day-to-day technical problems
• Makes sure that all baking equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
• Manages inventory supplies and orders supplies before they run out.
• Trains newly hired bakers and baker – assistant the standard procedures covering all products.
• Oversees cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Willing to execute to the best of his knowledge the needs of the business as required.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• Have a 1 year experience in related industry
• Willing to report at Circuit, Makati
