Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of barista experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficient in latte art, extensive coffee knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, frequent standing, and handling hot equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, multitasking ability, and a passion for coffee.
