Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
- Customer service: Engage with customers and take orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Ensure high-quality beverages by following recipes and standards.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than one year experience as a barista or in food service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, coffee knowledge, upselling skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility in shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
