Description
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing excellent service
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Skillfully operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment
- This position ca do also as a cashier
Requirements
- Job Title: Barista
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a coffee-related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art and coffee preparation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and flexibility in duties.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, engage with customers, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced cafe environment with possible shifts during weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for coffee, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor.
