Note: This position requires remote work in Indonesia.

1. Lead partnership negotiations for the company's Web3 projects in Indonesia and explore business resources in the Indonesian Web3 sector.
2. Promote regional Web3 industry collaboration in Indonesia, expand local business scenarios and partner networks.
3. Responsible for recruiting project partners for the agent incubation platform in Indonesia.
4. Maintain relationships with partners to ensure smooth progress and achieve business goals.
5. Indonesian national with Chinese as a working language, or Chinese national with many years of experience in the Indonesian Web3 industry.
6. Two or more years of experience in the Indonesian Web3 industry, familiar with the local market environment and resources.
7. Proven business development experience, adept at connecting with partners such as traffic providers and R&D teams, and possessing business negotiation skills.
8. Understanding of AI agent-related fields, the ability to clearly communicate product value and promote collaboration.
9. Strong ability to withstand pressure, quickly respond to market changes, and possess the ability to achieve breakthroughs from zero to one and collaborate across cultures.
