Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales KPI: Drive institutional client acquisition, market expansion, and competitive positioning.

Market Research: Identify new market opportunities and lead partnership development to enhance reach and impact.

Public Representation: Represent the company at industry events, cultivate a strong brand image, and engage with key stakeholders.

Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and spearhead partnership initiatives to enhance the exchange’s market presence and influence.


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in exchange sales, OTC sales, business development, or client relationship management.

Proven track record of building client relationships in the institutional sector.

Extensive network within the institutional community, including crypto trading desks, market makers, hedge funds, and family offices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
