- Manage and lead staff to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Oversee branch operations, manage staff, drive sales targets, and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and the community.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, sales management, problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require some evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
