To ensure the branch meet the targets in loan booking, deposits, income generation and past-due reduction including preferred shares investments within specified period. These include individual marketing targets of each personnel of the branch;
To ensure the branch employees are knowledgeable and believers of company products they sell and conscious of the professional standards they must adhere to as official representatives of the company.
To ensure high client satisfaction through efficient handling of their deposit and loan transactions; offering of other banking services and meeting their expectations all to enhance bank-customer relationship
To ensure the branch is responsible and prompt in the relay to AMS and/or Executive in-charge of clients’ feedback on the current product offerings, propose innovations including complaints under the Consumer Protection framework, all to enhance delivery of company’s financial services.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee branch marketing, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and promote deposits and loan products.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in banking or financial services, focusing on personal and consumer loans.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and leadership skills; proficient in bank transactions; financial literacy and computer literacy are essential.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced banking environment with standard office hours and occasional overtime as needed.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, decisive, and able to work under pressure.
