Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and branch financial performance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Build relationships with clients and resolve any issues effectively.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- With work experience at least two years in a retail store (meatshop)
- Proficient in document processing software.
- With strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Willing to be assigned in San Juan Branch.
- Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy
