The Branch Sales Officer plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets for refinancing products within a designated branch. This involves generating leads through various channels, managing walk-in customers, building relationships with partners, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the branch's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement branch sales strategies focused on refinancing products, working towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the branch's overall goals.
Generate leads through organic sales activities, such as networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
Manage walk-in customers effectively, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the refinancing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with loan consultants and partner dealers to generate leads and drive business development for refinancing products.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of refinancing solutions.
Ensure the quality of loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough credit worthiness assessments.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to refinancing products.
Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a Real-Estate sales or Agent role is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Ability to understand and explain refinancing products and processes effectively.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive client experience.
Willing to travel for work purposes
