Description

Campaign Ownership & Execution

  • Take lead on assigned campaigns from brief development to rollout
  • Translate strategy into clear execution steps and align timeline with stakeholders
  • Oversee implementation with support from junior officers


Content Planning & Creative Coordination

  • Help shape messaging and tone across content channel
  • Review captions, visuals, and campaign assets before Supervisor approval
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure creative outputs area on-brand and on-schedule


Team Support & Mentoring

  • Provide guidance and training to junior marketing officers
  • Review their work and offer constructive feedback to improve quality and speed
  • Act as a go-to person for problem solving and execution question


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with Operation, and other support team to align campaign materials
  • Manage incoming requests and ensure proper translation into actionable deliverables
  • Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure smooth rollout


Performance Recap & Strategic Input

  • Assist in gathering and interpreting campaign results
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Contribute to post-mortem reports and recommend adjustment for future campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination, or content strategy
  • Deep understanding of branding, audience targeting, and campaign mechanics
  • Strong skills in content development, project management and internal coordination
  • Experience managing timelines, briefs, and feedback loops
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative abilities
  • Ability to give constructive feedback and mentor junior
