Job Description

Description

  • Act as the Authorized Person under the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123) to lead a one-off waiver/modification application.
  • Review project scope and statutory requirements, advise on the fastest compliant route.
  • Prepare, sign, and submit all required plans/documents via the BD Electronic Submission Hub, and follow through until approval.
  • Liaise with our team, any required RSE/RGE, and Buildings Department officers.

Requirements

  • Registered Authorized Person (Architect, Engineer, or Surveyor) on the BD AP Register.
  • Proven track record securing BD approvals or waivers.
  • Able to start immediately and work on a freelance / project-based contract.
  • Located in Hong Kong; fluent in Cantonese & English.
  • THIS IS A FREELANCE PROJECT only.
