Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Inspect facilities, identify issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Log maintenance activities and provide updates to management.
- Assist in remodeling and renovation projects as needed.
Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical installations, attention to detail, routine inspections, and knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
