Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Document maintenance activities and report on project progress.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff.
- Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in welding, air conditioning repair, and general maintenance tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all systems operate efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments, may involve manual labor and use of tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability.
