Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
- Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist in the coordination of renovation projects as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, installation, air conditioning repair, and routine inspections.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in commercial buildings, involving both indoor and outdoor work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
