- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other staff and contractors as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant certifications in maintenance or technical fields are a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, air conditioning repair, installation, routine inspection, and using power and hand tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance, repair electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor; work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive, multiskilled approach to maintenance challenges.
