- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, lighting and other automated maintenance systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with renovations and upgrades as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical systems, safety regulations, routine inspections, and building maintenance.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor and working in various environmental conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety.
