Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must know how to perform plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs
