As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions—ensuring smooth implementation, stakeholder alignment, and successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage implementation of new solutions and enhancements
• Lead requirement gathering and translate into technical specs
• Oversee UAT, integration testing, and change management initiatives
• Analyze systems and propose AI-driven solutions
• Develop dashboards and status reports for project tracking
• Ensure data governance and compliance in data deletion projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle and governance
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies
