This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the integration of these systems with SovOps, requiring a professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. The Senior BA will be instrumental in reviewing business processes, eliciting requirements, and ensuring that implemented features meet both functional and non-functional specifications.

The scope of responsibilities encompasses four primary areas:

• Requirement Elicitation and Refinement: Conducting workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating these into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and documenting everything within Azure DevOps in alignment with standard project artefacts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Management: Working closely with product owners to prioritise backlogs, engaging with diverse stakeholders, including developers and end-users, to ensure project alignment, and designing potential solutions through consultative processes with business users.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating clear communication channels between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, while collaborating with ITD colleagues on system integration challenges and solution conceptualisation.
• Quality Assurance: Coordinating with testing teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring bug resolution processes, defining acceptance criteria, and validating test scenarios to ensure delivered products meet quality standards.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience Level: Over 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Management, DevOps (Azure), Microsoft Stack, ITIL Best Practices, Systems Development Cycle, Stakeholder Communication, Vendor Management, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and IT Applications Testing.
