The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, gather insights, and ensure that business needs are effectively addressed through technology solutions. The Business Analyst creates detailed documentation and reports to support project management activities, facilitates meetings and workshops to collect feedback, and assists in the development of user-interface designs using tools such as FIGMA. Additionally, the role works with IT, operations, and other departments to implement solutions, supports testing activities including test case creation and user acceptance testing (UAT), and helps resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Proficient in Creating User Interface (UI) using Figma.
Work Experience
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role is an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and other business units.
• Experience assisting in or reviewing user-interface designs, preferably using tools like FIGMA.
• Experience with tools such as MS Office Suite, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration and documentation tools.
• Exposure to project management activities, including status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with testing activities such as creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolving issues.
Skills
• Basic knowledge in project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business needs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, process maps, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical groups.
Other Requirements
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with modern digital tools and business technologies.
