Responsibilities:

• A. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization

 Design, develop, and implement smart automation solutions that reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity.

 Conduct process mapping, root-cause analysis, and workflow assessments to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

 Recommend and implement process enhancements that support scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.

 Assist teams in transitioning from manual processes to automated workflows.


• B. Systems Integration & ERP Alignment

 Ensure that all ERP modules, business tools, and digital platforms are integrated and functioning cohesively.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system alignment, and workflow consistency across departments.

 Support system configuration, upgrades, and alignment with organizational requirements.

 Troubleshoot issues related to data flow, access, and system connectivity.


• C. System Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

 Track and evaluate system performance metrics, availability, and reliability across all platforms.

 Identify recurring issues and propose corrective and preventive actions to maintain optimal system functionality.

 Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

 Stay updated on new automation and integration technologies to recommend enhancements.


• D. Business Intelligence & Data Flow Coordination

 Collaborate with the BI team to ensure clean, accurate, and timely data flow across systems.

 Assist in setting up automated reporting structures and data pipelines.

 Support the creation of dashboards, analytics tools, and performance monitoring frameworks.


• E. Infrastructure & Technical Support

 Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to maintain system stability.

 Coordinate with IT or external vendors when escalations or deeper technical support is required.

 Participate in implementing data security practices, backup protocols, and system update procedures.


• F. Administrative & Operational Support

 Assist in documenting processes, SOPs, and system workflows.

 Support daily operational activities requiring systems or automation expertise.

 Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights on process improvement and automation strategy.


• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related technical field.


Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of process automation platforms, ERP systems, and system integration tools.

• Proficiency in workflow mapping, process documentation, and data analysis.

• Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, reporting, and data management is an advantage.

• Familiarity with hardware/software troubleshooting and basic network fundamentals.

• Ability to understand and optimize complex business systems and interdependencies.
