We are seeking a Business Development professional familiar with traditional Web2 remittance services, cross-border payments, and acquiring channels. If you have experience in expanding remittance partnerships, managing payment institution resources, and integrating payment channels, you will be an excellent fit! You will join UPay’s Global Financial Network Expansion team, responsible for bringing in reliable and stable cross-border payment/remittance partners to support our rapid growth in the global market.

Position Requirements

· Experience in remittance, cross-border payment, and acquiring businesses (Web2 background)

· Established channel resources or partner network

· Familiarity with cross-border payment operations: fees, settlement, channels, security, and compliance

· Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong business negotiation skills

· Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain partnerships with remittance, cross-border payment, and acquiring channel partners

· Expand channel resources, including wallets, MSBs, payment institutions, and acquiring service providers

· Coordinate technical integrations, compliance processes, and settlement mechanisms to drive partnership implementation

· Monitor partner performance, optimize costs, and improve efficiency

· Research remittance and payment policies in various countries and provide market insights
