Description

  • Lead Generation: Research and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, or networking
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
  • Negotiation & Closing: Present proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals and deliver value

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant business development experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Salesforce, skilled in sales management, and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Identify growth opportunities, manage client relationships, and develop sales strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
