Responsibilities

• Lead business development and partnerships in global markets, including public blockchains, media outlets, exchanges, and project stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and manage KOL and channel partnerships in key regions; assess collaboration value and drive efficient conversion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both as working languages.
• Possess established BD resources and the ability to independently drive partnership execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, learning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong industry trend awareness, high execution capability, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates from prestigious institutions are preferred.
