- Reports to the VP of Business Development. - Compensation: base salary + personal commission (8–12%+, depending on company profit margin; paid monthly) + team commission (paid quarterly). - Work location: 2–3 weeks’ onsite training in Beijing followed by remote work eligibility. - Actively recruiting BD professionals with ≥ 2 years of industry experience and existing KOL resources to expand candidate submissions. - Candidates with ≥ 1 year of team leadership experience may serve as BD Leads, delegating KOL leads to junior BDs while retaining commission on closed deals. - Candidates without team management experience or preferring an individual contributor role may join as independent BD; title (e.g., Sr. BD Specialist) to be determined. - Interview process: three rounds. Requirements: - Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. - Clear, logical communication skills. - Passion for sales. - Personal trading experience or solid industry knowledge (ensuring compliance awareness). - Strong learning agility and adaptability. - Demonstrated sales experience and potential. - Resilience under pressure and not deterred by rejection.
