Description
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound activities (calls, emails, events).
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
