Description

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound activities (calls, emails, events).
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
