Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of business development or marketing experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial industry;

2. Familiar with exchange operations and mechanisms, including derivatives, spot trading, liquidity management, and market-making logic;

3. Possess industry resources (KOLs, communities, funding pools, project teams preferred);

4. Strong results orientation, accountable for data and performance;

5. Fluent in English;

6. Average monthly trading volume exceeding $30M.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead global market business development (KOLs, media, communities, key clients, agencies);

2. Develop channel partnerships (crypto communities, investors, quantitative teams, mining pools, guilds);

3. Engage major client resources (VIPs, market makers, project teams);

4. Coordinate platform promotion, project onboarding, and planning of online/offline events.
