Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the negotiation of partnerships for the company's Web3 projects in Indonesia, deeply exploring business resources in the Indonesian Web3 sector;

2. Promote collaboration within the Web3 industry in Indonesia, expanding local business scenarios and partner networks;

3. Responsible for recruiting project parties for the agent incubation platform in Indonesia;

4. Maintain relationships with partners, ensuring smooth cooperation and achieving business objectives;

Job Requirements

1. Indonesian nationality with Chinese as a working language, or Chinese individuals with several years of experience in the Web3 industry in Indonesia;

2. Over 2 years of experience in the Indonesian Web3 industry, familiar with the local market environment and resources;

3. Possess mature business development experience, skilled in connecting with traffic sources, R&D teams, and other collaborative resources, with strong business negotiation skills;

4. Understanding of AI Agent-related fields, able to clearly communicate product value and drive collaboration;

5. Strong ability to handle pressure, capable of quickly responding to market changes, with experience in achieving breakthroughs from 0 to 1 and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Access to local Indonesian Web3 influencers, KOLs, or resources from AI Agent developers;

2. Familiarity with Indonesia's payment system and Web3 industry regulatory policies;

3. Experience in business development for Indonesian Web3 or AI-related projects, with a successful track record in facilitating resource partnerships.

Base Salary: 10k RMB
