1. Fully responsible for business development in the European, American, and Middle Eastern markets, including the implementation of cooperation models such as agency partnerships, KOLs, project collaborations, and community traffic.

2. Build and manage the business development team, set target mechanisms, implement performance assessments and incentives, and deliver results.

3. Design and promote growth-oriented activities tailored to regional user habits, such as commission tasks, team competitions, and airdrop collaborations.

4. Liaise with marketing, product, and other departments to coordinate resources and facilitate rapid project launch and execution.

5. Independently manage and optimize regional data, ensuring positive growth in input-output ratios.

6. Participate in global and regional industry conferences or investment promotion activities, representing the platform to expand resources and enhance brand influence.

• At least three years of experience in business development or channel expansion management on exchanges or Web3 platforms, with proven ability to lead teams and deliver real results. Individual should have experience with both new and established exchanges, a clear understanding of local culture, a strong desire for financial success, access to a network of resources, and confidence in achieving a target of 1.5 billion within two months.
• Familiarity with the local community ecosystem, commission structures, KOL systems, and agency strategies in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
• Ability to directly bring resources, project parties, communities, or cooperative channels, with preference given to those who can quickly convert opportunities.
• Results-oriented, understands timing, executes well, possesses strong data awareness and crisis management skills.
• Native Chinese speaker, proficient in English, with an international perspective and experience leading international teams.
