1. Over 1 year of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong network of quantitative institutions.

2. Results-oriented, with successful business cases or performance data to demonstrate specific achievements.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert resources; passionate about the industry and actively participates in industry events.

4. Proficient in English and Chinese as working languages; must be able to conduct business negotiations in English both in writing and verbally without barriers.

5. Initially responsible for developing quantitative clients, and later required to expand into different types of project clients.
