• Minimum 2–5 years of BD or institutional sales experience in blockchain, crypto exchanges, brokerages, or quantitative funds; candidates with established institutional client relationships preferred • Deep understanding of the digital asset market, including familiarity with derivatives (futures, options), market making, and API trading business models • English proficiency as a working language; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Russian) preferred • International background or overseas work experience • Remote work
