- Prepare, cut, and package various types of meat according to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Operate and maintain butcher shop equipment, including saws, knives, and grinders, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist customers with meat selections, providing recommendations and answering questions regarding different cuts and cooking methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure stock availability and minimize waste.
