Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures
• Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while building rapport
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolution
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

Candidate Profile:

• Computer literate
• Fluent in English (for conversing with foreign customers)
• Committed to full-time, long-term employment

Training:

• All successful applicants undergo a one-month training on communications, culture, and product-specific courses before starting actual work

Work-at-Home (WAH) Requirements:

• At least High School graduate
• Not currently enrolled in school
• BPO experience is not required but is an advantage
• Must have at least 30 Mbps reliable cable internet connection
• Must have a conducive working area at home
• Must reside within 2 hours of the home-base branch:

Curriculum Notes:

• Applicants under the K-12 curriculum must be Senior High School graduates
