Description
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, applications, billing, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and typing skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a positive, customer-first mindset.
