• Handle patient or provider inquiries related to healthcare plans, claims, billing, and benefits
• Accurately document case information in system tools
• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication
• Follow HIPAA and company data-security policies
• Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service
