- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with scheduled shifts; may require evening or weekend work.
