- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required for the position.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language with excellent customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide effective solutions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work and possible remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
