Job Description

  • Assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide information about products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize call center technology and software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with customers.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience Level: 0-1 years of call centre experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficient in customer service practices
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and adaptable with a team-oriented attitude
