  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service; scheduling; familiarity with Salesforce; financially literate; call centre experience preferred; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, schedule appointments, and support sales efforts.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and adaptability.
