Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics and targets consistently.
- Continuously update product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, customer service, Salesforce, sales pitching, closure, organizational, people, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic, resilient, and goal-oriented.
