- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, robust work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Mainly office-based, potential shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, and a team player.
