- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
- Document all interactions in the call center system accurately.
- Guide customers through the use of products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and people skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high call volumes
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
