- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Assist with order processing and billing inquiries
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide information about products and services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude.
