Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing, inventory management, merchandising, sales training, sales management, customer management, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle transactions, assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
