This position is hybrid and based in BGC, Manila - work hours are 6am to 3pm Manila time. You will be expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage relationships with data providers; ensure consistent data integrity and accuracy.
Analyze customer, shopper, and consumer data (Circana, Quantium, loyalty data, internal scan data).
Deliver actionable insights through clear, concise storytelling from complex data sets.
Support category reviews and assist in identifying growth opportunities for both the client and retail partners.
Develop and update internal reports, such as NPD tracking, promotional uplift, and market updates.
Collaborate closely with a team members on a variety of ad hoc and planned initiatives.
Handle planogramming and space optimization using category tools.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in category management especially in insights or analytics roles preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with Nielsen data, IRI /Circana and Quantium and interface are desirable
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret trends and derive strategic recommendations in operations and Sales & Marketing.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for data
Able to manage high volumes of requests and juggle multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team
A curious and driven professional who can translate data into compelling business stories
