Job Description:

1. Fully understand the functional and non-functional requirements of the product, and design quality assurance and testing strategies tailored to different products; 
2. Develop testing plans and design test cases; 
3. Execute project test cases and conduct testing on the product's functionality, performance, and other aspects; 
4. Track, analyze, and report software issues, promoting timely and reasonable resolution of problems identified during testing; 
5. During the testing process, proactively summarize and provide timely feedback on issues exposed, while seeking to improve testing methods and optimize processes;

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of testing experience;
2. Proactive work attitude, strong execution ability, solid logical thinking skills and sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills;
3. Proficient in testing analysis methods and test case design, capable of problem localization and analysis, with experience in white-box testing of backend services preferred;
4. Solid foundation in computer science, familiar with MySQL and Linux operations, and proficient in at least one programming language such as Java/Go/Python;
5. Familiar with testing methods for blockchain projects;
6. Understanding of common protocols, operational mechanisms, mainstream cryptographic technologies, consensus algorithms, etc., in the blockchain industry;
7. Experience in security testing is preferred;
8. Experience in performance testing is preferred;
